That’s what I’m wondering. Hoping against hope. I’m burping a lot so maybe just gas. Had some Lima beans at lunch.
It just came on sudden. I was fine and laughing and then BAM like someone punched me in the gut. No ramp up, it was just there. And now it’s waxing and waning. I was thinking “what did I eat” and then remembered I stopped after work craving crab fingers but they were out, but then I thought “I haven’t had oysters in a while”.
They were good too. Some of the nicest I’ve had. Huge and full.
Would It be the oysters only 3ish hours later?

I've had it happen within 90 minutes, but most of the time, it's around 5 hours or so before it hits. Dinner at 8:00 PM, cold sweats, cramps, gurgles, and ultimately hershey squirts at 3:AM.

Yeah, those bastards haven’t really had enough time to get jumbled around in the gastric juices. The off and on pain and cramping are the first signs. Then the hurtin and squirtin will hit him at around 10-12 hours after eating. Then headache, body aches, dehydration, nausea and more shits.
When it’s all over and you drop 8 pounds you’ll swear off those damn things for a year. Godspeed.

Of course you could go to the ER and get an IV and some Phenergan, and adult diaper. That way you will stay hydrated, sleep through it, and have a nurse change your diaper after you shite yourself while you are asleep.
