I've watched this at my gym for a couple of years now.
They have the fat women doing light weight training and they NEVER do any type of cardio. Nothing more than light toning. None of the women in the two groups I've watched ever lose any weight and because they do different shite every session not much definition.
Both the "trainers" are fricking hot, 10/10. The fat girls bring 50 dollars worth of Starbucks before every fleecing because they are such good "friends".

Looks like a joke. I get up at 4am get 2x as much done as that before 730 and at work by 745 on a late morning.
Cover multiple time zones and work travel to several states weekly.
What’s this guy trying to prove with the ice water, banana peel etc. Drink minimum 70% of your body weight worth of water. Sleep 4 hrs a night, hit the gym 60-90mins weight/cardio 5x a week and watch what you eat. It’s not that hard

Those people who get trainers want somebody to talk to too and fluff their ego. Nothing about training hard, losing weight getting cut up. It’s not that hard even in your 50s without all the supplements, HGH, steroids etc

The trainer was late one day and I thought ok, get on the treadmill get some steps burn a few calories...they sat their fatasses right there on the bench till she got there

Sleep is important for recovery, for the brain, etc. He would be better off sleeping 2 more hours. He can reduce the shite he is doing and still get everything done.

It’s easy to do 70% drink 1OZ per lb so weigh 100 drink 70oz 200-140oz a little discipline it’s easy… you can pre hydrate in the AM drink 3-16 bottles before 7 AM have been doing that for 30 plus years and 140 is easy usually drink more if your activate or outside in the heat.
