Before I came across this thread I had never read or heard the name Nipsey Hussle. Might I have become an avid rap fan if I had only been reached by his music before now? Should I feel motivated, inspired even, to now take up rap and live by its wondrous words of wisdom?

Prolly not.

Not at all my friend. Im a Hip Hop guy and I only know 1 song by him. His music is not that great, personally. I mainly know him cuz his status in the Hip Hop community and he is one of the few who is genuinely well liked by everyone.

Does that poll include the guy who murdered him?

If you don’t, carry on trashing a dude because you saw the word rapper in the title.

Lots on misconceptions in this thread unfortunately.

Yeah, conspiracy theorists are going to go nuts over this.

Yes because giving back to the community & providing employment opportunities are overwhelmingly negative.

Just that it isnt a loss for the world. People should save their sympathy for people like the poster who lost their baby the other day, not these thugs living that gangster lifestyle. Live by the sword, die by it.

I'm sure his daughter who he loved & cared for deserves no sympathy, right?

They see every one of those kids as either criminals or disposable.

Yeah because this sounds just like someone who was basically asking for it.
