You could have stopped there. Women in the grocery store on their phones ruin the process. Don’t get me started on the fat bitches with Bluetooth.

You should get a 10% discount if you have to ring up all the shite you're buying.

What would you like them to do? Unless they’re in an express lane, I can’t see how you could possibly criticize them for trying To purchase their groceries. It’s not their fault the store insists on self checkout. I’m sure they’d prefer to have a cashier do it. And what business of it is yours what they’re buying, how they’re paying? For that matter, what business is it of yours how much the store loses in inventory?

Are you stupid? I said there were multiple cashier lines with only a cart or two on front. I guarantee it took these people 30m of not more. Where the frick were they going to put their bagged groceries?

If you’re not ordering your shite online and having it wheeled out to your automobile, you need to find another board. That ain’t the OT way.

Get into a regular line with a cashier so that those of use with 1-5 items can get in and out in 2 minutes.

They should train them to run a register.

You'd trust someone else to pick out your produce and perishables?

I'm quicker than whatever crackhead cashier is working the register, but I usually do delivery nowadays

This combined with, I’m far more efficient. I don’t need 60 bags with one item in each bag. I pack the hell out of the bags then double bag. They also went to grocery bagging institute that dictates you can’t put cold shite with room temp shite evidently. I’ll load the ice cream, the shaving cream, a pack of baby carrots, and fabric softener all together.

Is this a new thing? Some sort of secret protest?

In the past few weeks I’ve seen multiple people with a regular fricking grocery cart in the self check out line.
I’ve never seen how long they take, as I see them going in, and pass them still checking out, when I leave.

Yesterday beat them all. This one family, had a fricking full sized cart, filled to the brim unlike I’ve seen since I was a child. And they were in the self checkout line,….there’s more to this. Are they stealing? Seems most likely scenario

Look at your OP you stupid count and tell me where you said anything about available cashiers. You sound like some Karen bitching about unmasked people in the store. You do you and quit worrying about everyone else.

They'll ring up half the items, then leave. Then the store will raise prices for people who actually pay to cover the shrink.

Not sure how this is possible with the self-checkouts that have the scaled bagging area.

WalMart, you can definitely get away with it though.

Sams Club forces you to use a self checkout since they only have one register open. Scan n go is their saving grace though and cuts down checkout time by 95%
