In NWA?

Hell, Bentonville blows your comparison out of the water, which is what he posted about....living in Northwest Arkansas.

Using your comparison site, Bentonville has an average family median income of over $66k/year. But hey, lets not let facts get in the way here. Carry on..

Then you can add Rogers, AR to the mix where the median family income bumps up to over $77k/year.

No to mention a higher percentage of college educated individuals in the NWA area.

Maybe but students eventually graduate, hence the higher number in college educated people in Fayeteville vs Kenner.

The entire NWA metro is more college educated per capita than whatever town you listed.

No it doesn't

Kenner residents still make have an higher median and average income. Also more disposable income.

So the best in Arkansas still can beat out Kenna Brah

I tried to book a flight through Southwest and apparently I can't catch a flight to Benton or Fayetteville.

Can Hawgeye please continue to tell me how NWA is shitting on Kenner?

That would be false, Florida has the 4th highest GSP behind Texas, California, and New York. Plus it's one of the best states for starting your own business. I know Florida gets a lot of hate on this board but objectively it's better than pretty much every state in the south that isn't named Texas.

GSP is a shitty measure, as noted by NY and California. But admittedly, I skipped over FL in making that claim. Real GDP growth looks like it was about the same for FL and Georgia in 3Q.

As for Florida being objectively superior, I would agree that Florida is better in many categories that we can measure objectively. I think that's a valid distinction. But there are some where FL isn't better, for example, the recession exposed Florida's economic vulnerabilities, and it struggled the most of any other southern state in recovery, by many measures. For candor, Georgia also struggled, but rebounded better than FL.

I stand by that. Texas is boring as shite. It trailed the others in a lot of trends (Top Golf excepted). But I also praise Texas, so I'm not sure why that'd be particularly offensive.

I guess I'm just not sure how you can substantiate that. What isn't there to do in texas that there is to do in the others?

I guess maybe I just love the outdoors more than others. In Louisiana you can catch a limit of specs, reds, and bass and be done cleaning them by the time a 2 o clock LSU football game is on.
