Random creepiness on Netflix or Spotify?

I aint no babyback bitch, but the timing was creepy...
Couple months ago my Netflix account (I'm the only user) showed that I had watched a random horror movie. I hadn't watched it. I happened to be house sitting for family friend that night by myself and forgot a gun so I was already slightly on edge. Creepy timing. In the 10 years I've had Netflix, it had never said I had watched something that I hadn't.
Just now I got a random suggestion on Spotify for some horror/death podcast. Completely random since I don't watch or listen to any of that. Scary movies and podcasts are just boring to me so I never consume them. This just popped up after someone had rummaged thru my car that I stupidly left open (nothing in there so nothing stolen). So kinda creepy timing on that as well.
Anyone else ever had this happen to them?
Hypotheses?

The way to solve this is to go to the bathroom immediately and turn the light off. Face the mirror and say "Bloody Mary" three times and then turn the light on.

Someone may have your passwords. You can likely check both services to see where you are logged in..

Checked login histories immediately after both incidents with only mine logged. Changed all account login info both times as well. These are valuable bits of information but i figured this was common sense that I'd do these things

I’ve noticed lately that if you watch a trailer on Netflix it’ll go into your keep watching list.
