Do you blast through them on red or wait for the green? I'm convinced these actually cause more traffic. Seems like only the betas stop for the 2 seconds it stays red.

I've only seen these in BTR and Denver. I usually blast through on accident because who is expecting a traffic light on an on-ramp

I love how truck drivers have this ramp for accelerating their rig up to Interstate speed, and then DOTD directs them to stop.
