Cut out the sudafed. You need to start early, taking 1 Claritin every 24 hours a few weeks before allergy season starts to let it build up in your system. When it hits peak season start taking it every 12 hours. Also Flonase as directed this whole time.

I've been taking Allegra every 12 hours. I'm gonna get some Flonase and try that. I have some Claritin I might give that a shot instead of Allegra also.

Get the Weather Channel 'Weather Max' app for forecasts. I've never had such bad allergies in my life. Can't figure out how to post a pic on here tho from my photo album. Gives you a weekly forecast of the pollen from trees, grass, weed along with mold and breathing. App is free.

Use a Neti Pot. Hate doing it but it helps a lot.

I've been having a terrible post nasal drip and cough for the past 2 weeks. Taking a cocktail of sudafed and Allegra but it doesn't really seem to make a difference.
Me too

My hands are on my penis. Can I raise a leg?

Past couple of days have been a killer. Where I am at you can literally see the pollen all over everything. ENT allergy tested and cedar pine makes me about die.
Everyone says allergies are worsening every year. Why?

I'm not having allergy issues because I'm not weak and my body can handle some fricking flowers. You pansies probably don't eat gluten either

Allergies to pollen and the like are a sign of weakness in males.

Fought that shite for 2 weeks a few weeks ago.
Speaking of weakness.. I was benching 315 today. Normally it's 330, so, yeah, I've been weak lately.

You might top 340 if you put your puffer down.

Needing to "try" and clear my throat upon awaking and such. Allergies?

I moved to Texas five years ago, and had severe allergies every spring living in two different regions of the state. My eyes were my biggest issue, and would get swollen to the point that I needed steroids. I got allergy shots for over a year, and last spring my eyes were OK as long as I didn't try to wear my contacts.
This past summer we moved back to BR, and I never resumed the allergy shots. This spring I've been taking a daily Zyrtec like I've done for over five years now. I also started using the generic version of Zatador eye drops instead of the prescription Patanol/Pataday. My eyes are never worse than a little scratchy at the beginning or end of the day, and I haven't had any major congestion. I suspect it's moving out of Texas that helped the most, but I'm honestly shocked with how much better I feel.
