It was from either a Maxim or FHM shoot.

So sad, she was in the highlight reel back in the day.

What if I told you, back in the day, this was a piece of arse?

No ones life is fulfilled without having a child.
I have a boatload of kids and have been a father most of my life, and I love it. So trust me when I tell you that this is a goofy thing to say. And somewhat mean-spirited considering some people can’t have kids.
Back to the thread. As far as I can tell, she simply chose not to have kids…she doesn’t come off as an anti-kid weirdo bragging about being a DINK. I think there’s a difference so not sure why she’s getting dunked on by some random on twitter.

Great for you! Im seriously happy for your life changes. It starts with the foods. Exercise is the cherry on top
Now u understand, its about choices, not some naturally occurring change.

It’s both… my entire adult life, up to 39yrs old, I was between 92-104lbs excepting pregnancies. That’s with and without diet and exercise.
39 snuck up on me and beat me with the fat stick- my diet and sedentary lifestyle gave it some serious help, though.
I could BE sedentary and eating whatever I wanted when I was younger and my body stayed slim. Now I have to walk 30-40 miles a week and average 1,080 calories just to be less chonky.
Age, hormones, etc definitely play a role in how your body handles weight.

Your body cannot store fat/carbs that it doesn't receive. Especially later at night. The longer the fast at night before morning, the better. Etc
Diet is 90% of losing weight, especially now that the shot is so effective at appetite control
Congrats on your efforts and results

True.
The difference I think you’re missing is that what a 20-30yr old body can handle without packing on pounds is far different than what a 40-50yr old body can handle. Age plays a role and can absolutely sneak up on you.

Breaking news: poster discover people age.

Well, I disagree. Children and young adults are fatter than ever. Less whole foods that we got 20+ years ago. Its all shite now unless you zone in on what you take in.
Sugars, glucose, fat, and cuases of high cortisol. Figure that out and your body will look like you want. Exercise with strength training, and those billion miles walks/runs are unnecessary...but effective as well

Google “Bridget Fonda 2026” if you want to experience heartbreak. Age happens.
Her husband has also evolved into a totally different being as of late.

How old are you, Chat?
What you’re saying isn’t technically wrong- but it smacks of the arrogance only youth can wear proudly.
Also, I’d love to add strength training- waiting on my friend’s gym of choice to open up.

Not at all...I just figured out the food stuff and instantly changed my body composition.
Absolutely not suggesting exercise you do isnt great. For me, weights for 45 minutes is easier than making myself walk/run long distances, especially with possible joint issues etc
Some studies show clearly that strength exercise actually gets and maintains fat burning, longer than running. Metabolism stays higher and muscles cause more consumption of calories.
I weight train and at the end, ill do 15 minutes on treadmill walking...4 mph at 12° (example)...and im done. I had a hip done few years back and decided I had to be different if I wanna be strong enough in my later years to handle myself. So lean and stronger is my goal.
But I do enjoy walking the neighborhood, etc...especially after a big meal, lol
I do work at it, and my friends give me a hard time (jealous, lol) Trust me, when they cook a gumbo or whatever, im all in for several servings. And SECERAL cocktails. Thats why im diligent when no one is around, so I can play when its time.

Alright, Chat… if you’re in your 50s you’ve earned the right to boast. I retract my arrogance of youth accusation.
My food stuff is fairly worked out- high protein, no sugar, limited carbs, real food. My only wiggle room is walking for now until the gym opens. I was sprinting but my knees got super pissy at me. Hopefully strength training gets them happy again.

All good. If you love it, do it on an incline at the gym. Same/better results, much lower impact.
Great to hear you're engaged. I was a college athlete but when I changed my eating, my issue was losing to much mass, and struggling to gain back muscle. So I try to stay lean, but gain muscle. Not easy to get 200 g clean protein every day, lol

It was FHM. Almost 23 years ago.
This is her today. And honestly, she’s just carrying some extra weight. Nothing crazy.
The alternative is going hard on Ozempic and having a bunch of plastic surgery done.

Queen Nigella is still holding it together.
