The playful, stainless steel, 41 in (104 cm) high rabbit, regarded as one of the most celebrated works of 20th-century art, was sold for more than $20 million over its pre-sale estimate.

Its a really cool sculpture, but i wouldnt pay more than 1-2K for it.
These prices are set by the pride and insecurity of the bidders.

Fat bank account or fat cock, I wish I was given the choice at birth.

I can’t even imagine what it’s like to be able to drop $91MM on a metal rabbit.

Next one will sell north of $100M. These end up being terrific investments for those that want to join the exclusive club. Koons is well known in the art world....just watched a documentary on this and it’s mind blowing.

There has to be a table for this.

Koons is one of the most famous artists of the last 50 years. This isn't surprising

Funny that everything surrounding that sculpture is better art. I hate modernity.
Give me Michelangelo’s David all day every day.

Not knowing anything about it, I wouldn’t take this thing home if they were giving it away for free at a store I passed by.
Looks like a fancy balloon animal.
