I get that, but what is lost on some of you is that that is a literal impossibility now.

It cannot be done.

You can’t go to college full time, work full time, live in an apartment, pay bills, etc.

The cost to do what y’all profess as “normal” has made that situation unobtainable.

The real unemployment rate was 25% in my area. There was no choice but to go to college because wages were $3.10 an hour and no one could afford to pay more.. I built my house because I couldn't afford 15% interest.
Do you think building a home has become more or less affordable since then?

Every year record profits, even during covid.

Every year cost of living raises dont match inflation, thats even before this inflation we are seeing now.

Im not surprised people are giving the middle finger to corporations.

The definition seems to perpetually evolve. The concept originated during the pandemic when people working from home cleverly recognized they could get a second work from home job and neither employer would notice.

Why didn't your parents just move somewhere with a better economy?

How is it impossible? If anything it's easier, with online classes. Tuition is around 8k a year, is that really impossible with a full time job?

won't stop him from shitting on union tradesmen though

Thank you.

Full time college students aren’t making salary somewhere.

The boomer generation didn’t just pull up the ladder, they set it on fire.

What does a janitor produce? How about the IT department of a manufacturer - what do they 'produce'?

Yes.

Cost of living, tuition, books, extra university charges, etc.

Did you not see the last chart referencing college tuition increases vs salary?

And tuition for LSU is $20k, not $8k.

If its the basic amount required, he'll stay a janitor for the rest of his career.
Some people are a bit more ambitious than that.

You've stated on this board several times you worked as a park ranger and at the shipping dock. So you're either a government employee or union

Look at this. this child is so eaten up he's having to make false accusations about someone just because he's incapable of actual substance. I find it amusing you little fellas have to project your failure constantly to feel normal.

Where do I work?
