For all of the non maskers, I question whether you also defy other rules or is the mask where you draw the line?
Do you ignore speed limits?
Seatbelt?
Stop signs?
Do you pay income taxes or just “nah” it’s mines?
Seatbelts on a plane?
What rules are acceptable to you?

Those are all laws. Codified laws.
Have they codified masks?
fwiw, I wear a cheap camo neck gaiter just to appease the mask police. If it was actually about making sure everyone was safe, they would have mandated N95s, not anything you can put on your face.

Home made masks work as well at preventing spread of C19 as seat belts are at preventing vehicle ejection? First I’m hearing of this.
