IDK. I have spent all of my life around Mexicans and never seen anything like that, maybe they were just in a mood to frick with people. They are notorious for doing that to women but in my experience they leave dudes alone.

It's a real small place, and I was just standing there cuz all chairs taken waiting on food. That's kinda how I noticed it all, I go in there a lot but usually lunch and very few people in there. I didn't think much until I noticed it with others walking in. Another Mexican guy was standing there waiting and they were staring him down also. Maybe they were wondering why I was watching them wondering why they are watching me, while watching them watching others, but the whistling though.
