That may be one of the closest pictures I've ever seen on here in regards to an OT 10. She is unbelievable.

there is no such thing as an OT 10. if its deemed that girl could be rated a 10, she is immediately down graded to a 9.9 and the standards for a 10 are raised

Page 273 Article VII Section F of the OT Rating handbook clearly states OT 10s can be any race as long as their hair looks like that of a white girl.

no one... repeat .. no one can be rated an OT 10. No matter the race , age, hair color or any other feature.
