Cop was being the kind of cop we all love to hate.
Sorry for the hassle in the rain, go to court and see if they can offer some type of amnesty or change it to a seat belt violation, etc.

Plus, this guy was a total A-hole. I am pretty pro-cop, and when I get a ticket I just grin and hand them my info. Pay the ticket and get on my way since I know I was at fault.
