Question for pool experts

My pool is less than 2 years old and has experienced what I believe is not a normal settling. The water level in the shallow end of pool is about 3/4 inches lower than the deep end.
This settling of pool has done quite a bit of damage to concrete deck as the ground underneath has heaved quite a bit. Not to mention, if the settling continues the pool shell I would imagine would crack. I filed a warranty claim and now awaiting the feedback from builder.
Anyone ever deal with this before?

Good luck. They will almost certainly blame the soil, rain, or pretty much anything but their work.

Not being a smart arse with this but genuine question.
Why do you say the deep end is about 3/4 lower? How did you come up with that number?
The reason i asked is, liquid always is level no matter the depth of the area.

Did the house builder do your pool before close, or are you talking about an independent pool builder? If it's the latter, the company that built your pool will be out of business, but there will be a newly incorporated pool building company stood up in its place soon.
Nobody in Houston that I know that also had a pool has had this issue, but our ground is wetter than y'alls. But if they were a pool builder in your area, they should have known that. And it's not just the shell you need to worry about, don't forget there's all kinds of plumbing that's buried that is being slowly stressed the same way.

If it's ASR (concrete cancer) there's no fix. Requires complete demo and re-build. Good luck getting the builder and/or concrete supplier's insurance to pay out.

the water will always be level no matter the condition of the pool

Maybe the settling caused the pool to be divided into two smaller pools

I can pull the top off the skimmer in the shallow end and see the water level with regards to the hole in the skimmer.
I do the same thing to the simmer in the deep end and the water level is higher by 3/4 inches.

Anthony Sylvan built the pool and they are one of the bigger pool builders in the country. They built pool after house was built.

Measure from water level to top of pool tile. Skimmer could be set at different depths. Coping is often floated, but pool tile is typically dead nuts.

We had our concrete around the pool raised about an inch last year. Guys cam out and drilled holes and pumped in some type of foam. Worked well. Don't know if that helps or not.

Your house is built over an old cemetery and the boxes are trying to get up to the surface like in Poltergeist.

Did you put pilings under the pool?
My parents pool is 60 years old, still level. There were pilings put under their pool.

How do you feel about turning your pool into a neighborhood skate park?

My wife has called me selfish for 20 years because I refused to get a pool. This is exactly why I won't do it
