That website address comes back to a UPS store in Arizona. It might be legit but I have no idea. I would be a little leery of the UPS store as their address.
Or maybe that's the domains address. I have no idea.

Here's my 2 cents on this:
You likely won't get a "quality watch" for under $250, but you can get a very beautiful looking dress watch for that price, as long as you aren't a stickler for mechanism or brand.
I would go Swiss. That's not something I would skimp on unless you went Japanese (Citizen). Tissot has some beautiful watches under $200 that are good quality.
You do not need an automatic watch. Especially if you are wearing this on occasion only and don't have a winder, do not get an automatic watch. The craftsmanship is great and not having a battery to worry about is great, but you will be hurting a beautiful watch having to self wind it all the time and changing the time on it.
Don't let anyone tell you that you can't find a great watch under $250. It may not be the big name brand watches but there are great time pieces out there for you. Good luck.

Just realize at $250 or less you are buying a disposable watch. Just meaning that to send it off would be more cash to repair than a replacement.
Especially any automatic movement or water resistance that you actually use in the water. Once it needs service you can toss it. IMHO
I have a couple. My Citizen Eco Drive is one. When it dies for whatever reason, it's gone. But I've already got 4 years out of it, so who cares.

I have a modest collection (Seiko, Citizen, Orient, Tissot), nothing over $500. Is it really bad to not wear a $200 Seiko daily and have to set it once a week?

Sorry but The Skagen rules for me. Less than $100, I've had it 5 years. FYI, you can replace the band. I had to replace it once because I ripped one of the steel braids on the band because it was snagging my clothes (because I wore it while working on the cars). I'm so freekin' cheap, I can't resist it. It has style (a thin design), I can swim and shower in it (water resistant). I just love this watch.

$250 is tough, I think for about $400 you could get a quartz movement watch with a nicely styled case and dial with a sapphire crystal. I've researched watches a good bit and I don't find anything in the $250 range that's passable for me. I don't see how you'd get anything worth wearing for that.
