i think the gun wielder is a big pussy. Let be honest, there was not not life threatening situation here. these two girls shoulda slap fought each other and called it a day.

Edit: well i stand corrected. guy had a knife so, definitely got what he deserved.

I'm just going by what I saw in the video. Maybe there are all kinds of mitigating circumstances. There's no way to know. But just based on what I saw, the shooter should be charged.
The guy with his fists up was stupid to pursue the fight. The shooter was stupid to shoot. This is the way any reasonable person would see that video.

The fact that he had a knife on him makes these other commenters suggesting a shot in the leg look even more silly. Show mercy and shoot him in the leg and he might thank you with a stab to the neck.
