He can post it for you (and he did), but he can't understand it for you, clown.

He’s right. You don’t have to retreat.

That’s awesome, I stand corrected.
How do you start a PSA thread when the PSA is wrong?

I’d say you want to be careful about armchair lawyering when it comes to shooting people.

I think you are correct.

All of the things you are saying as "fact" actually vary significantly from state to state.

I think a next evolution of this will be honorable, armed citizens protecting individuals being attacked. Militias, if you will, doing what government will not.
That's a part of this that hasn't been played out. Where are the armed militias?

Nothing wrong with being incorrect. I wish more people would understand how structurally our country is organized and look at actual data before protesting, etc. Data indicates Europeans are more likely to be killed by police, for example.

This differs from state to state.
City gun laws apply.
You are trying to throw a blanket over the subject.
How about stand your ground laws? Right to protect one's self? Etc.

If you are in your business and a group of people show up with torches, you are well within your rights to keep them from burning your business and you with it.
I hope most of you that don't understand this are 13 year old's because adults with the lack of common sense displayed here are more scary than the looters.

If was a looter, that would be the first store I hit. I would assume the owner would be there just handing out all of his shite.
Socialism and all...
