Prosecutor investigating St Louis gun toting couple feels targeted

Do you remember the guy in the pink polo with the AR and his wife?
Apparently, the local prosecutor made some pretty aggressive statements about case such as:

So, questions for the TD users who have shown themselves to "lean" this way....
1) should the prosecutor make such aggressive "guilty without due process" as she has.
2) should she not face repercusions for using her offical account for this shite
