I'm 31, been a "full time" student since getting out of the military three years ago. I am taking this course because I'm deficient, since not being an Econ grad. There are two more Econometrics classes required after this one. I chose Econ because grad school was a last minute decision and didn't have time to take the GMAT/GRE this summer,
Does not seem like you have your shite together.
In another post you say you are just taking the class because you have credits left over.
College with no plan and no direction is just a waste of precious time.
Dude, you have 3 kids. Guessing no college savings plan?
Who is the bread winner for the family? You living off your wife?
Sack up and be the man and provider your kids need.
Whining about failing (C is a failing grade in grad school) a simple easy class.
Your kids deserve and need more out of you.
Thanks for your service, but you don't come off as a bad arse.
Signal corps or something?

Dude, I get paid 2k/mo on MGIB to be a student. I also have a job. I also had over 100k in bonuses in the military and currently dont have any debt besides my house.

This is the only reason I regret not joining the military...the GI Bill.

I'm starting to think about grad school two years after undergrad. Is there any reason why I shouldn't go with the online route?

Don’t hassle the prof (not to be confused with David hasseHOFF) and I bet you will get a good grade.

1. Where in IL are you? And where are you in school?
2. Start with the professor. Profs are real people too. Who knows what is going on with that person. You’d be surprised how leveling with a teacher can pay dividends.
3. Start your conversation with talking about the facts: you are struggling in the class, you have some VA issues at play. Ask the prof what you can do to make this better ASAP.
4. If that doesn’t work, THEN (and only then) go up the chain.
