It’s not that rare for physicians to die in car accidents post-call from lack of sleep.

Jody if he falls asleep in bed instead of slipping out the back window.

I was awake for 3 days straight in Afghanistan. Twoce even.

Some of the docs at our hospital do week on week off.

On weeks rotate between a week of nights and week of days.

Can't imagine having that sleep schedule
