Didn't expect this thread to get necroed. But yes, Somali is in a boat load of trouble in Korea. He made a public apology -- a big thing in the legal system in south east Asia, but he did the same thing in Japan and then reneged (PHRASING! ) upon leaving. So, they don't trust it at all.

That little dickbag's mother is a massive enabler. She was giving an interview after the trial for the shooting and his stupid arse came up and started making faces for the camera and she just laughed as if his stupidity didnt just nearly end his life.

He just might. Korean legal system loves to stack charges because of the way they handle trial and sentencing. The way I understand it, say you are up on 5 separate charges in a single trial. Each is considered a separate proceeding. So even if you are convicted of all 5 charges on the same day by the same jury, they take charge one. Mark you as convicted and sentence you. Then they address charge two and assess the sentence as if you were a one time convicted criminal. Then charge three. Now you are sentenced as a two time convicted criminal. By the time you get to four and five, you are properly fricked.
