So you’re mad that they didn’t pay for your repair immediately but you still got free rotors?
You must be a woman
ETA: Take the parking brake off

I had to replace a piston on a truck I bought that was still financed. It was a manufacturer issue and no amount of care on my part would have prevented it.
Had to go to the BBB to have them cover 75% of the $10,000 replacement.
Ridiculous that they offer to finance for 5 years, but tried to not stand behind their product for that length of time.

Depends if the warrantee is as big as a manatee

So they replace 4 warped rotors and you start a thread calling them out as insincere?
Yeah....your a dick and I’m sure they don’t want you back.

Stealerships won't do any warranty-related work unless it's covered by the manufacturer. They definitely aren't charitable.
While they definitely aren't 'charitable', most luxury points service departments do actually have a monthly budget set aside specifically for "GOODWILL". All in the name of retention.
OP sounds like the biggest count I've ever heard of to be bitching about receiving goodwill, as no manufacturer would cover what he describes under warranty.

Had a Honda Accord with 56K miles (36K warranty long expired).
Transmission went out on me in Disney World. Had to fly the family home and leave the car behind for a $3,750 transmission job.
Flew back to Orlando a week later to get the car.
Long story short, called Honda, told them I've been driving Accords for 20 yrs and expected better. They asked what would I like them to do.
I figured Id just go for it and ask to be reimbursed for the transmission job and the associated flights and expenses.
They told me to send my receipts and call back in a week. I called and they told my my check for 5K was sent out the day before.
Never hurts to ask. I'll talk up Honda every chance I get.

Warped brake rotors are not a factory defect. I have rarely heard of any new vehicle, much less a Lexus have a brake rotor warp on it's own. Sounds like whom ever rotated your rotors over torqued them or torqued them unevenly. They are normally covered by OEM warranties for 12 and 12. Price Leblanc has a very good rep and you are lucky to have them available to you. If I was them I would tell you next time to go pound sand.

Have you ever heard of a dealership covering work on the warrantee if the part wasn't covered?
I got a goodwill adjustment on an 2006 Acura bluetooth adapter/whatever its called. Apparently, it started to drain my battery after I didn't use it for YEARS and they dropped the price to fix it from $950-$1000 to about $120.
Figured not to look a gift horse in the mouth since I was well out of warranty and they said it would keep happening unless fixed.
Just looked it up and looks like some people have tried to put a class action together for it. Now I'm thinking it wasn't goodwill as much as, "oops, let's get this over with."
Same difference I guess.

I fail to see what financing has to do with warranty.

Did you buy it with 22k miles?

frick everything Price LeBlanc. I had a terrible experience with their service department recently and I’ll never do business with them again. Other dealerships have treated me much better.
frick Price LeBlanc.

You complain about being taken care of when you don’t deserve it.
The other guy is a Nazi because you can’t spell.
Nothing is your fault. You sound like a wonderful person.

Nope.
Not out of the kindness of their heart.
They just got free advertising from you.

Nothing is etched in stone, dealers are paid for warranty work by the vehicle manufacturer, most of the manufacturers have regional warranty "adjusters" that have the power to approve or reject claims that are out of the ordinary.

Damn, this thread is still going?
They didn't just come out and offer to cover the rotors, they originally were going to charge me $700+ (high as frick to begin with). Not until I complained to management that I know brakes are not covered, but the brakes are fine, the rotors are warped. Something wasn't right for all for rotors to warp (not placed on correctly, etc). After several calls, they decided to cover it.
I've been told by a few other Lexus drivers that they stopped going to Price Leblanc Lexus for service. They go to a Toyota dealership, same parts, a lot cheaper.
