I was wondering about Truman too. I guess we're talking about the bombs. If we're including presidential orders, they all killed people. McKinley and Eisenhower were definitely behind the pulling of a trigger. McKinley was devastated by the violence of the Spanish-American war because of what he had to do during the civil war. He adamantly resisted war until he realized he was a pawn. Then they killed him

I would agree with you but with those two shots the only person on the planet that could go/ nogo those two was Truman so I'd have to consider them different than typical bombings

Who did Kennedy personally kill? My understanding is PT-109 was sunk after a failed first engagement of the PT flotilla which did not sink a single Japanese ship.
