They should be encouraging the opposite, and telling their community to go TO work instead of trying the rap game or selling bootleg CDs the DVDs. That would have a FAR greater impact on keeping black men alive.

Justice equality? Before we reach that point, can we have crime equality? Here's looking at you black community. Fathers, man up and raise your kids. Stress the importance of education and self-reliance. When a cop gives you orders, comply, don't run. If you're a felon, don't carry a gun. Don't deal drugs. Plan the children you do have. Black women, if you're dating, use birth control - especially if you already have children from another man. At his point, equality can only happen from the effort you put in. Other races can only offer so much to "equal the playing field".
