The big insurers are reporting record losses, the exact opposite. Look how many upvotes he has though. Confirmation bias at its best.

I had a company guy brag about their 96% loss ratio one day. Thought it was odd until I realized that most commercial carriers were running +100% loss ratio.

That's their combined ratio on auto insurance. Some companies price auto insurance at a profit, while some price it at a loss (106% or higher) and try to recoup the losses via investments. Most stock companies (Geico and Progressive) price at a profit. Mutual Companies price at a loss.

Ask your commercial agent what his commission is, his agency fee he additionally tacks on for servicing the account, the broker’s fee and the last trip AIG took him on.
So it's insurance agents commission fees and not frivolous lawsuits in plaintiff friendly districts that is the cause for our higher insurance premiums???
No one is buying this shite.

where do people come up with this shite?

Commish is on avg 10% on pure premium, A/F is typically determined by the size of the account.

I do personal lines and commercial lines as well as Financial services and I don’t get any servicing fee. Just renewal commission which is the same as my new commission.

The fact that this got 15 upvotes shows how stupid the average consumer is.

100%. The ignorant masses seek only the knowledge that confirms their beliefs

It’s been a year the plaintiff is still pursuing $100K.
Under Louisiana law, you are not allowed to sue for a specific amount.

Ownership or not...
You don't think pain clinics could be exposed with conflicts of interest?

Very common. Both my mom and a brother have been a victim of this. Minor accidents that didn't even require bodywork on their vehicles, but netted retarded settlements.
