We had his funeral and put him in an LSU urn it was beautiful

I've been where you are now. At a point, I felt an overwhelming sense of relief because his suffering had ended and home felt peace.

my dad has dementia, Lewey Body Disease, heart failure - and now we think he either has, or is heading towards Pancreatic Cancer. i know the end is coming, but there is no real preparing for it.
just rejoice in all the time you were able to spend with him.
