That's a high of 86°F with a heat index of 93°F!
This is either mistakenly wrong or intellectually dishonest. It's over 100F today in Paris, and only the legitimately rich have AC out there.

Good thing they wear towels on their heads over there

Well people here buy a Generac for 10 days every 10 years. Have they ever heard of ductless AC’s?

Even a window unit for one room would be like heaven for them

my wife is in the wine business so we’re in Bordeaux to visit clients every so often, some of the wineries are on estates with castles 5-6 hundred years old, they’ve managed to figure out how to retrofit them with AC

When I was in Budapest, a tour guide pointed out the Waldorf Astoria. It was a hot day and I turned to my wife and said aside from their top floors all of the windows are open. It how has full A/C

Looks like humidity is very low though - my app shows only 38% right now. It's going to break over the weekend. High for when I'm there late next week looks like only 83 or so.

Shouldn’t have gotten rid of clean, beautiful coal powered plants.

I'm here right now. Fortunately the hotel I'm staying at has central air. I remember when I was stationed here and was house sitting for a Sailor who was deployed. I refused to stay there because there was no A/C. It was freaking awful.
