Property owner and rental property owner and I still enjoy the excitement of a good storm. I’ve dealt with trees down on top of houses and cars as well. What I do not like is all the crying about how the world is coming to an end when a storm does come. Too many pussies out there.

My rental is in a building built like a fortress. The banks all called it Fort Sugarbeach. The only thing I have to worry about it two chairs and a table on the patio. Management company wants $40 to go out and secure them. I told them to let that shite blow away
