That's the exact one my dad had. Bumper to bumper. Still have it and I want to restore it.

Bless you. You brought back good memories.

This is pretty much my favorite. In terms of driving as well. I've owned this model and would love to have another. Also would love an MGA. 70's Mercedes 380 SL is a good car as well, but the power, ride and handling of the Jag is far superior. And the way that V-12 gurgles is absolutely beautiful.

I love the C2’s. I’ve been eyeing one in red or white for a next year purchase

I've had several that include a 1978 Triumph Spitfire, 1969 Triumph TR6 and presently have a 1980 Porsche 911 Targa (technically not a roadster since it has a small back seat). I would love to have another TR6.

I have a '74 TR6 that the wife, no pictures, is on my arse to sell. Contact me at forgedrbest @ g mail. com if interested.

At one time in my life I had the XKE coupe, but always wanted the roadster. It ran like a bat out of hell, but that Lucas electrical system was horrible. As Car and Driver called it, it was the prince of darkness.

Also had Triumph TR6, Triumph Spitfire, and a Corvette. Not all at the same time, of course. Those were fun times.

I've heard of that. There's a custom shop that does that - they call them Monster Miatas.

I want to get a cheap roadster just to have fun on windy roads. I'd love to find an MR2 Spyder, but those are getting hard to find.

May just get a 1st Gen miata.
