Biden’s Autopen allowed a ton of people in without proper checks and kept extending them for stupid reasons like climate change or other non-factors for sending them back, and when they couldn’t extend them they just ignored deporting them just as with this guy.
Problem with any visa is removing them afterwards. Same thing for failed asylum claims with refugees.
Once here you have the leftist mob and judges obstructing their removal or with Biden’s Autopen just ignoring it.

I and many of you said this exact thing would happen back in 2021 when they were letting all these unvetted afghans into the country for no good reason.
The idiots supporting that withdrawal and all the planes full of single military-age males are culpable for this tragedy. Everyone with a brain knew this was the end result.

This Obama judge has just ruled that ICE cannot detain illegals without a warrant or evidence that the illegal is a flight risk. Apparently being an illegal is not enough to be detained by ICE or to make the illegal a flight risk.
These judges are the cause of any Constitutional crisis and attacks on rule of law not the President who keeps following the appeals process for every outlandish ruling by these Dems.

The DOJ employee who threw a Subway sandwich at a Guardsman in DC was found not guilty of misdemeanor assault. No one in the legacy media seemed concerned. I realize shooting a Guardsman is exponentially worse but the message was sent that the Guard was expendable - no one had their back.
