The local ABC channel said the latest shooting had 3 witnesses. Some said he was 6' tall, some said 6'2".
They also said the victim knew the killer. They said the victim was crossing the street to tell the killer hello and was shot. The victim was on the phone with his twin brother when he was shot.
They just held an update news conference to say they had no updates and that somebody needs to call and tell them who the killer is.

There was "an Event" at a Mcdonald's in Ybor city today. A guy was seen with a gun and the person who saw him called police.
A guy is in custody and the chief of police is saying he is optimistic that the arrest is connected to the Seminole Heights killings.

The kid that is being detained is in his early 20's. He has worked at the McDonald's for about 4 months.
He came into work, handed a 9 mm to his manager and said, hold this, I am going to Amscot. The manager and another employee appraoched a woman LEO who was in the restaurant doing paperwork. She called for backup.
A red Mustang, parked near the Mcd's was taped off and being investigated. Police were also at his parent's house, searching for evidence.
