This guy dresses well and played upper level college sports. For some reason I don't think it was him.

It's him baw. For whatever reason they thought it was him immediately. They interviewed him extensively and learned enough to charge him. I am also pretty sure they worked late to get the gun matched up.
He majored in sports management with a business minor. He worked as a glorified usher for the Mets. He had some sales experience with Adidas and did payroll at a hair academy. He was moving on up, then went to work at McD's.
No way did his family not recognize him from the released videos.

Something is off. This kid has an education from St, John's, majoring in sports management with a Business admin minor. He had done the low level crappy jobs and had the ability to move into a position where he could easily advance,
Two months ago he begins working at Mcd's and almost immediately begins shooting people in a neighborhood they are saying he is unfamiliar with.
He had no record and was on the verge of building a good life two months ago.
What happened?
ETA: sorry SG geaux, I know he is 24.
Also, yesterday they said they interviewed him late into the night. This morning they say he asked for a lawyer almost immediately. Which way was it?
