Scheduled for tonight in Forest Park (within city limits) is a hot air balloon Glow night with hundreds of balloons participating.
This usually draws a huge crowd prior to the balloon race tomorrow. I expect attendance to be down a little after this.

It looks like they just follow whoever is in front of them. I wonder if you could get about a dozen people to run out in front and kind of sheep dog the crowd. The potential for hilarity would be endless.
