A St. Louis judge on Friday found former police officer Jason Stockley not guilty of first-degree murder in the 2011 shooting death of black motorist Anthony Lamar Smith.

"This Court, in conscience, cannot say that the State has proven every element of murder beyond a reasonable doubt, or that the State has proven beyond a reasonable doubt that the defendant did not act in self-defense," St. Louis Circuit Judge Timothy Wilson wrote in his ruling.

There is a former cop, on trial for killing some dude, and planting a gun on him. He went with a bench trial instead of jury trial(he would of had no shot), and Judge has taken over 30+ days to decide, and word is, he will make his decision Friday.

Activists already said, if he's found innocent, there will be blood in the streets.

Governor came in town to talk to the Black clergy about keeping peace, and cops are on 12 hour shifts.
he already has the National Guard on call, and ready for the shite to go down.

I don't see how he could be found innocent, White privilege or not, the guy is guilty. And was told by Police peeps that they all feel he's guilty.

Judge has the choice of charging him with several different charges, other than murder. Sounds like Inner City Dwellers want a Murder or else verdict.

They were protesting in a city in the burbs last night and some one drove through the crowd, they had to dive or get hit. lol

Mayor of St.Louis already sending out a message of peace n shite. We haven't had a good riot thread in a while!
