Locked from exterior to keep additional folks from entering. Those in the mall can exit. Police are able/will breach.

I've been there several times and it never seemed like somewhere dangerous. You had some undesirables walking around, but I never felt the need to look over my shoulder or anything. I was there around lunch time returning something. It's a fricking disgrace shite like this happens.

Used to go there a bunch in the high school/junior high days 2007-2011. Its not what it used to be.
