Anyone get one of these? It seems like they've sent out tons of them over the past few days.
Spammers are sending out e-mails saying that they recorded you through your webcam while on a porn site and they'll send every contact in your address book a copy of the video if you don't send them bitcoin.

You have to get ahead of this. Neutralize their threat by e-mailing your address book and letting them know about your porn habits in detail. This takes away their leverage. Basic PR damage control tactics.

I have gotten that email and just so happen to be a weekend the wife was out of town. I was already hungover when I got it so it wasn’t pleasant. Had the scaries for a bit but even it were true I think I could explain myself so I just let it roll.
