Popeyes wait is ridiculous

I literally waited for 25 min in the parking lot. I got out and asked what was taking so long and they asked what I ordered. I said chicken.. they said oh that’s why it’s taking so long..... what the frick. A old grandma was so pissed waiting she got out and started cursing at the employees! frick Popeyes

I’ve never been to another restaurant that Is always out of SOMETHING. They never have mild and spicy dark and white at the same time.

There were 25 cars in the Chick-fil-A drive through when we were picking up curbside. They all moved every 30 seconds. It's amazing what a competent workforce can achieve.

Went to Staring lane the other day. Had cars lined out to the street but it moved fast. Once I ordered on the intercom, it was maybe a 2-3mins and I had my chicken. 1 minute from the time I paid. Staring has been 5star service my last 4-5 visits since covid.

Man you have to learn some Ebonics to place your order. That way when you get there it’s ready. Otherwise it’s 40 minute wait and then the chicken you get is cold.
