How much taxpayer funds go to foreign nations each year regardless of party? Billions. Your problem is with the business sector not California.

The same reasons taxi companies switched. The big three stopped making a modular body bolted to a frame, instead the use a "uni-body" construction that basically "totals" the vehicle in even minor accidents.
You can still bolt on a bumper and new fender on a Tahoe.
