You’re welcome. Now, I should be able to shoot it since I paid for it.

That's the RX right? I'm really considering getting it. It would be for home defense so I guess it would be pointless to get the compact. I should Probably should get the full size, right?

Yes, it is the RX. I'd go to a range that has both the full and compact to rent and shoot both, though, to see which one you prefer. You're talking about a $7-800 pistol with the optics, so go spend 50 bucks to make sure you get the one you like best. Hell, you may shoot both and decide the P320 isn't for you. Every pistol has people that love it and people that loathe it. The 320 has a geometry that may be different than what you're used to. For instance, the bore axis is slightly higher than what you see on something like a Glock. Smaller hands may have more of a problem with muzzle flip with the 320.

For what you're going to have to spend to get that Sig, test drive it first.

Be careful in your boat.

Those things are magnets for boating accidents

Not often that the person getting robbed receives a gun in return.

I was in the army and absolutely hated everything about the beretta but alot of people love it. It's a shame I never got to see it retired. Thanks for the heads up. I'm gonna rent one and try it out.

We need to have common sense boating reform NOW before someone else gets hurt. Won't you think of the children?

Sorry that you aren’t proficient enough to clear a simple stove-pipe. While you try to reload that highly inaccurate revolver I will have already emptied one magazine, loaded another and am putting 4 times the bullets accurately down range....all because I ensure I have trained accordingly.

I was issued my first M1911 by the US Army before you were a wet spot in your momma’s panties.

Like somebody that first qualified with an 1911 at WTBn Quantico gives a shite. I wonder why I didn’t get taught about how great revolvers are at HRP or AED??

I think my next gun is a SIG. I’ve been a Glock fan but spend a lot of time in Portsmouth. Need to support those guys.

I've got a Sig 226 in .357, a P320 in .357 & a Glock 33 as my EDC. Love all three. Great Weapons (well they were before I lost them all in that boat fire).

The 92FS is an excellent weapon. The Army abuses the hell out of their weapons and extends their service lives well beyond what it should be. If you had an opportunity to shoot a civilian 92FS likely you would have a different opinion.

It's not about proficiency. It's about having something that will work 99.999% of the time, even if (for example) you were asleep 20 seconds before you grabbed it and still don't quite have your wits about you.

Beyond that, my time is limited. I can grab a revolver or a rifle and just intuitively hit my target. With semiautos, you have to hold your lip right and maintain proper elbow distance or whatever. I don't feel the need to apologize for not wanting to spend my weekends "running drills" in a cloud of lead while some moonlighting cop critiques my form.

A glock has that reliability and more...I could be sleeping in the forest and buried my G19 in the mud the year before. I pull that sucker out and it 99.999999% of the time will fire.

Saying a Glock is not a point and shoot weapon, but that a rifle is....laughable.

If you don't have enough training time to get the PhD you feel is required to work a semiautomatic pistol, you aren't putting in enough time to hit shite with your revolver, either.

Maybe if you ever need to defend yourself, you can use it as a hammer when your six rounds are gone.
