Westbound from Lafayette this morning, a 15 mile drive and my cruise is set on 75 mph, I passed up no less than 3 cars that were not using their cruise control. As I'm coming up behind them in the passing lane, they speed up from 70 to about 74 or 75, then down to 70-73.

fricking drives me crazy. One dumbass from Oregon passed me, got in the right lane, then slowed to less than 70, so I passed him, a minute later he's passing me again doing 80.

For fricks sake people, use your goddamn cruise control! Are y'all trying to make me kill someone?

I may was well not have cruise control. I never use it, even when I drive from Baton Rouge to Shreveport.

Not if I'm in town, but I do if I'm actually moving between cities.

I only use cruise control when I’m in the right lane.

Cruise control won't maintain optimal distance from the car in front of you to stay in the draft

Yes, especially in torrential downpours, along with hazards of course

No. I don't like the feeling of not being in control.

Yes. People that are steadily fluctuating in speed, and are swapping lanes are barely better than the left lane campers.

For the record, for the habitual left lane campers...I'm an advocate for the death penalty for those mother frickers.

I do, but it's more bc I'm tall and got hit by a car when younger, so it helps my knee that took the brunt of that hit not to stay bent from having my foot on the pedal all the time.

People that don’t use cruise control shouldn’t be allowed to drive.
