The following is pretty much the same verbiage about nudity almost everywhere in the US. I know for sure the boner clause at the end is almost word-for-word the same as Bay St. Louis. I only know because I had to scrutinize the entire code do ordinances to find out about trimming a tree on my property that has a stupid preservation plaque on it.

code needs to be converted to a dimensional drawing that can be compared to the actual with a set of dividers and measuring tape
also how does a cop determine if a pecker is completely covered, that it is turgid but small, or just a donkey
probably also need to have a breast cup size minimum of AA to sort out the children
