I don't have any problem with it, though. The officers were courteous and professional and were just answering a call.

Has little to do with their attitude. The patient said explicitly there was no "weed". The cops weren't called due to smell. Watching the crew cuts frick with an S4 is infuriating over cannibus, period.

I know several people who are over fifty that smoke herb.
I know of two that grow a couple plants in their backyard.

I'm not anti-pot. I smoke every day. I'm not even unsympathetic to the guy dosing in the hospital. I spent several months in the hospital a few years ago and I ate edibles all the time.
I just think the officers handled a situation that they probably didn't even want to be in about as well as can be expected.
