because he possibly has an attitude problem. or maybe just maybe he is trying to trick the police into thinking he isn't a threat to go get his gun.
i know he didn't have a gun, but the officers didn't. i see that as a bigger possibility than this guy was directed to his vehichle and then murdered. but it is a possibility

This is what I saw. A dude with his hands up walking to his vehicle, against the officers orders. He attempted to proceed to get into his vehicle and they shot him. Why was he going to his vehicle? He could have easily opened the door and pulled out a gun..
