I wish the Jesuits were still "Jesuits".
We'd have none of this falldorall and what-have-you!

Didn't the Jesuits elect popes at one time?

It's cute that you think you're better than other Christians based on how you practice your beliefs

Catholics vs. Protestants? They have the same core doctrines, so what is the difference?
Hahaha!! No, they do not. Protestants are the Liberals of Christianity. It's like saying Republicans and Democrats are both American. While that is true, nothing as far as their beliefs could be further separated. Catholics are the conservatives of Christianity. Baptists are the liberals of Christianity.
Catholics stick to their core believes while Baptists think Christianity is an evolving process.
Who is right? Who knows, but it sure is fun watching the hipocracy of Christians!

I don't. I simply get tired of Protestants (born and raised a Baptist) looking down on Catholics and fighting with them rather than using resources to reach out to non-believers of the Christian faith. If Baptists (myself included) spent 1/2 has much time working on non-believers as criticizing Catholics the gates of Heaven would be overflowing!

I don't even believe in God but i have utmost respect for those who follow with conviction and aren't complete hypocrites. No one is perfect but I can't stand people that post about God and stuff on social media and at the same time judging people on that very page. It's ridiculous.

Is that why Catholics drink openly, and Baptists closet it?

Probably the reason Baptists don't dance too. They're just so liberal

Anybody else wondering what type of fancy Vaticatholic dildo is in that container?

Protestants believe only the Bible is the source of truth
Catholics believe it is a mix of Bible scripture, tradition, and things that are hinted at in the Bible but not explicitly discussed
Catholics have the sacrament of confirmation. You're baptized as a child. Basically your parents vouch that you're a Christian. Then as an adult you "confirm" that assumption by kind of restating it as an adult. This sacrament is not explicitly discussed in the Bible. Therefore Protestants don't do it. But the story of the Pentecost is basically what Catholics use to justify this sacrament existing.
Protestants believe all you need to do is believe in Jesus. Aka "being saved" and you go to Heaven
Catholics believe you must do that but also be free from sin -- by not sinning. But also being absolved of previous sins you've done since baptism by going to confession and telling your sins to a priest (another sacrament Protestants don't believe in)
Catholics believe that during communion you literally are eating Jesus's body and drinking his blood
Protestants see communion more as symbolic... it's frackers and wine but you're just remembering what it symbolizes.
Etc etc etc

that's exactly why baptists are more prone to be up to some weird shite in the bedroom. You can hide sex behind closed doors. It's amazing how many baptists are swingers

Baptists may be "liberal" when it comes to the procedural or "religious" elements of Christianity. I'm not exactly sure what Baptists are evolving on relating to the core of Christian belief, however.
The real issue for me isn't any particular sect of Christianity. It's that multiple churches are being overrun with people who aren't simply failing to live up to the standard they proclaim, but outright don't believe in it. For example, I have little doubt that Catholicism, the UMC, the Episcopal Church, etc. have plenty of individuals in prominent roles, who, if honest, would admit they don't believe the core tenets of Christianity at all.
Some of that is career clergy becoming disenchanted with the faith, but the churches are also being used as vehicles for people with areligious causes.
