Terrible fricking verdict by the jury.
Murder is an intentional act. You can’t convince me this police officer intended to murder someone.
Should have been convicted of negligent homicide or manslaughter.
Jury wanted revenge, not justice.

That's what I said when the trial was going to be held in Dallas. Dallas has become an under the radar municipality rooted in racial politics. That's what drives everything in Dallas now. All the good people left Dallas and what's left are those influenced by the likes of Al Sharpton.

so she accidentally shot someone she pointed a gun at while illegally entering their home?

GREAT fricking verdict by the jury.

She fricked up and now she’s got to pay the price for it.

Murder would mean she intentionally went into his apartment to murder him. There was no intent to kill you tard.

It was a horrible, stupid mistake on her part, and she should pay a price, but she didn’t intentionally murder him.

I agree that it should have been manslaughter, but this is what happens when you put the defendant on the stand. The prosecutor asked her if she intended to kill Botham Jean when she pulled the trigger. She responded, "yes." That's probably what got her the murder conviction.

Stupid bitch played a stupid game and won a stupid prize.

You are describing pre-meditated murder. There are other kinds of murder that don't require the kind of pre-mediation you are describing.

So what did she intend to do when she aimed and pulled the trigger of the gun?
Posted on 10/1/19 at 10:55 am to bhtigerfan
The murder charge and the verdict are solely to appease the rabble in Dallas. There is no way a murder conviction will be upheld on appeal.

Thats what she said but in reality, she went into her neighbors house and killed a good christian man. She needs to hang.
