Police negotiating with man climbing Eiffel Tower

I would be pissed if I traveled to Paris to tour the Tower and this asshat had it shut down. I say Taser his arse.

The climber appeared to be wearing a red jacket and was located near the top of the 1,063-foot structure.
"We are being told a guy paid in and then started to climb from the second floor," Murphy wrote. She later added that authorities were "negotiating with the guy" as people were being allowed to descend the tower.
