There is a repo house I have managed for the bank for the past two years here in Lake Charles in a nice neighborhood. While there doing inspections a few times I had several neighbors ask me if they could come in and look at the place aka scope it out. One even said, "I'm a gun dealer and I want to see if there are any guns in there". I told them all to pound sand as his personals weren't abandoned property and still belonged to his heirs.

People have no shame even in nice areas.

This street is kind of both hidden and a cut through. I grew up on it. Not a place an “opportunist” would easily find opportunity. Interesting

Really? That is interesting. Hopefully they say how he died. If he was murdered they need to find out who did it.

I remember when the woman was killed by the Olympics bomber in Atlanta. Her house was robbed during her funeral.
