To not put a charge of official oppression added to all of these shooting that go to trial is ridiculous. Public screams for "murder one". You ain't making 1st degree murder stick on a cop. "I feared for my life". Case closed. How do you disprove fear? Especially in ANY of the shootings I have ever seen. Except the guy (New England I believe) who shot the dude running away in the back.
Ofiicial Oppression though is easier to prove I believe and the guy can't be a cop anymore. Which SHOULD be a goal in many of these cases.
But this case? Fighting a guy and I have a fricking alley cat jump on my back and start biting? Then I feel my gun move? I'm probably shooting everybody in the room.
